  • Easy & Compact Traveling Ritual

    I always say consistency is key when it comes to self-care. This tool allows you practice your self-care ritual no matter where your travels take you!

    1. Stimulate and awaken using your fingertips to gently massage the lymph nodes in your neck, armpits, thighs and behind your knees (the major “hinges” of your body). This step prepares your lymph nodes to receive and dispose of the fluid we’ll be moving.
    2. Hydrate by applying Lift & Tone Body Cream to moisturize and layer on your favorite de la heart body oil for extra nourishment and glide.

  • Gentle Exfoliation for the Face

    When our lymph nodes get congested, typically those in the face and neck, the lymph cannot drain properly. The facial dry brush is my new favorite De La Heart tool to reveal a refreshed and radiant complexion. Dry brushing is a simple and inexpensive technique that can help you improve your skin health with gentle exfoliation.

    1. Neck: Brush in gentle downward motions to move fluid towards your super clavicular lymph nodes.
    2. Jawline & Cheekbones: Brush from the center of your chin, along your jawline, toward your ears. Now move your brush up slightly and brush over your cheekbones, working upward and outward. Repeat on both sides.
    3. Forehead: Brush from the bridge of your nose up to your forehead. Then, starting in the center of your forehead, brush up, out, and down the neck towards the super clavicular lymph nodes.  Repeat on each side.
    4. Undereyes: Use extra-gentle pressure to brush your undereye area, moving from your nose to your temples.
  • Uplift & Luminize Facial

    If I need to soothe and de-puff, I reach for our Stainless Steel Gua Sha tool — it’s so cooling, especially if I pop it in the fridge for a few minutes first. It’s perfect for mornings when you need a quick beauty pick-me-up.

    1. Use your fingertips to gently massage the lymph nodes in your neck. This step prepares your lymph nodes to receive and dispose of the fluid we’ll be moving. Practice diaphragmatic breathing (i.e. deep belly breathing) as you massage and do 5-10 strokes on each area.
    2. Starting with clean skin, apply Organic Jojoba Oil  to help your tool glide smoothly. Always practice your Gua Sha ritual using light, gentle pressure. Hold your tool so it’s almost flat to your face and do 3-5 strokes per area.
    3. Jawline: Use the deep curved edge to move along your jawline, from the center of your chin toward your ear, to help release tension.
    4. Cheeks: Start at your nose and use the long edge sweep over your cheekbones, toward your ears, to promote a sculpted look.
    5. Under Eyes: Use the medium edge to glide from the inner corner of your eye to your temples to help de-puff. Use extra-gentle pressure on this area.
    6. Forehead: Start at the center of your forehead and use the long edge to gently glide upward toward your hairline. Then, use the short edge to glide from the center of your forehead toward your temples, working along the browbone.
  • Our Lymphatic Drainage Massage

    Practicing lymphatic drainage massage and dry brushing consistently has transformed my body and mind. Make the commitment to self-care and love your body!

    1. Stimulate & Awaken. Use your fingertips to gently massage the lymph nodes in your neck, armpits, thighs and behind your knees (the major “hinges” of your body). This step prepares your lymph nodes to receive and dispose of the fluid we’ll be moving.
    2. Dry Brush. Now that you’ve “awakened” your lymph nodes, you’re ready for your dry brushing ritual. Start with completely dry skin, before a bath or shower, and always brush in long rhythmic strokes to move fluid toward your lymph nodes. Aim for 5-10 strokes per area.
    3. Shower. After your dry brushing ritual, shower to remove the dead skin that’s been exfoliated.
    4. Hydrate. After you shower, apply Lift & Tone Body Cream to moisturize, promote detox flow and help your Body Tool glide over skin smoothly. Layer on your favorite de la heart body oil for extra nourishment and glide. Re-apply body oil as needed during your lymphatic drainage massage ritual.
